|2018 NCSC Pre-Entry Center
There is a separate pre-entry page for different divisions - the page will include
both english and western classes for that division. Only the classes you are
eligible for in that division are present on the page to enter. Halter classes are
included on all pages and jumping where eligible. If you ride in different divisions
english than you do western or ride a different horse, you will need to submit two
entries like before. As usual enter each horse/rider combination separately, hit
submit, then before you enter a second set, please click on "Reset".
Small Fry Division
For the exhibitor is just starting to experience being on horseback.
Challenged Assisted Beginner &

and must either have horse on a lead or stay next to the horse's head.
Challenged Advanced Beginner - handlers are allowed in the arena for safety but
must remain at least 15 feet away from the horse and rider. If this is not possible,
the exhibitor needs to enter Challenged Assisted Beginner.
Assisted Beginner & Adv. Beginner Divisions
Assisted Beginner - handler is required and must either have horse on a lead or
stay next to the horse's head. Advanced Beginner - handlers are allowed in the
arena for safety but must remain at least 15 feet away from the horse and rider. If

Limited (LTD) Divisions
The Limited (LTD) Division is for riders, 18 & Under, who have never shown at a
canter in a horse show except for canter one-at-a-time, crossrails or Western
Dressage. LTD riders may not show in canter classes (except above) and must
stay in this division for the entire season at NCSC Shows. We ask that LTD riders
not show in canter classes other than the above at any other shows while in LTD.
The LTD division is determined by discipline -
for example: you could be LTD English and Open in Western,
or LTD in one discipline and Beginner in the other....etc
Rusty Stirrup/Rusty Spur/Masters Divisions
These divisions are for adult riders, 19-44 & 45 & Over, who do not care to
canter in horse shows any longer except for canter one at a time, crossrails or
Western Dressage. As adult WT classes are not generally offered at
other shows, this class does not restrict its riders from cantering at other shows
where WT is not available BUT may not canter at NCSC shows and must stay
in this division for the entire season at NCSC shows.
The RS/Masters rules are applied by discipline - for example, you may
ride Rusty Spur/Stirrup or Masters in English and Open in Western etc.
