PRE-ENTRY

You may pre-enter and received pre-entry pricing up to midnight on Tuesday prior to the show. After that you need to enter at the show and Day of Show pricing is in effect.

1. Pre-Enter at www.horseshowtime.com. If you are on your phone it must be in landscape (sideways) format in order to work correctly so just allow your phone to be turned on its side rather than up and down. Be sure to indicate who you wish to stall with where it asks but also text Morgan Emerson at 678-756-4740 to let her know how many stalls you need, who will be in them and any requests on location. We will do our best to accommodate requests but cannot guarantee them.

2. Email your entries to Morgan Emerson at morgan.emerson1020@gmail.com. We need contact info, Horse Name, Rider Name, if you intend to have a permanent back number for 2024 and what it is (we have saved last years but other than that will do our best), Class numbers, Rider Age. Be sure to indicate who you wish to stall with where it asks but also text Morgan Emerson at 678-756-4740 to let her know how many stalls you need, who will be in them and any requests on location. We will do our best to accommodate requests but cannot guarantee them.

RV SITES

We are generally not the only show at the horse park on our show dates and sometimes the horse park divides RV sites up between the shows and we don’t know which ones are ours until the Thursday prior to the show. RV sites are first come/first served. If you ask us to reserve a particular site, we will put your name on the electric box on Thursday afternoon, if it is available, but we can’t stand guard over it and sometimes people pay no attention to the signs. The GIHP rents these sites themselves at times so we can’t be sure of any particular site being available.

Let us know you need a site and when you are arriving. We will make sure you have a site. We will always do our best but we cannot guarantee location requests.

Email Queen Sales and have them delivered to your stall! If you email prior to show to reserve, make sure that you have also reserved stalls with us so they will be able to refer to our stall chart for delivery!
